Roissy-en-France, or simply Roissy, is a commune of the Val-d'Oise département, near Paris, France. (In this name, "France" refers to the medieval acception of the name, that is, the feudal domain of the Kings of France around Paris; see Île-de-France.)
One-quarter of Charles de Gaulle International Airport (France's main airport), but none of the terminals, are located on the territory of the commune of Roissy-en-France, which gave its original name to the airport.
