Ron Rubin (born August 27, 1959 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada)[1] is a veteran voice actor whose voice is most easily recognized as that of Artemis from the English translation of Sailor Moon. He was the voice of Messy Bear in 2005's The Care Bears' Big Wish Movie and the voice of Dr. Badvibes in the popular 1980s cartoon C.O.P.S..
