Rosario Flores, in Puerto RicoNews | VOY Music | The Home of Latin Music (514 words)
Rosario Flores’ most recent album, Contigo me voy, was launched in Puerto Rico on May 30, and in the meantime “El Beso,” the first radio cut off this record, stayed strong in the top spots on the country’s major radio stations.
Of the eleven songs making up this CD, seven hold Rosario’s signature with “really simple texts, spoken from the heart and reflecting my feelings,” Flores offered, emphasizing that some were even composed during her second pregnancy, dedicating the song “Flor de piel” to her child.
After successfully starring in the film “Hable con ella,” by Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar, Rosario confessed that they’ve put forward some new proposals to get her to return to acting, but she’s had to discard them due to a lack of time.
