These rules can't be applied too rigidly. Some allowance must be made for aesthetics, naming conventions, etc. Some colors, such as Printer's Magenta (pigment Magenta), can be appropriately put in both the rose and the magenta groups of colors. It is well to remember that the placing of the colors in the different groups, like color itself, is an art as well as a science.
