This agricultural college was the first estabished in the english speaking world, a huge amount was invested by a certain Lord Boutflour... there is now a building named after him.



Courses cover, agriculture, equine and property. and have a high rate of job acceptance after degree to students who pass.


Last year(2004) there was a 49% fail rate in the first year.

The Royal Agricultural College is a university college based at Cirencester in the Cotswolds in the county of Gloucestershire, in England.
Marking a departure from its previous 'private college' status this was a landmark strategic decision for an agricultural college with the traditions of the Royal.
The College is currently collaborating with the University of Gloucestershire [7] in the provision of professional training for faculty staff through the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) programme.
College Royal - history (427 words)
Agriculture and livestock shows are still highlighted events, but College Royal activities have grown to include dog and cat shows, a photography contest, a chemistry magic show and demonstrations on human health and fitness.
Since the first College Royal was conceived, College Royal has remained faithful to the ideals on which it was founded: a student-run show that is informative and fun for the whole family.
College Royal is a registered trademark of the University of Guelph College Royal Society.
