Roz is a very attractive woman and many of her colleagues, such as Bulldog Briscoe and Noel Shempsky are attracted to her, although she does not feel the same way about them. Roz has gone out with a lot of men in her lifetime, and seems to have a different boyfriend every week. Roz was not ready to settle down in the early years of the show, and just wanted to have fun first. This changed though when she became pregnant in 1997 after a one night stand, and gave birth to her daughter Alice May Doyle the following year.
