Ruffa Gutierrez - A famous actress, model and beauty queen in the Philippines. She was Miss World 1993 2nd Princess. Gutierrez is the daughter of 60's matinee idol Eddie Gutierrez and actress Anabelle Rama. She has twin brothers who are also actors name Richard and Raymond Gutierrez. Ruffa made various films in the Philippines. She was also involved in some scandals such as Brunei Scandal and the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival Scam.
She married a Turkish businessman name Yilmaz Bektas in 2002 to whom she had 2 daughters. She now permanently resides in Turkey with her family, though she frequently goes home to the Philippines to do commercials, TV guestings and for vacation.
Ruffa who is turning 29 this June had complained to her mom that she might have difficulty conceiving if she waits several more years.
Eddie Gutierrez, Ruffa's father, said if it were only up to him, he would allow his only daughter to marry already especially that she is already sure, happy and in love with Ylmaz.
Ruffa and Ylmaz will have two wedding ceremonies, one under Muslims rites that would be held in Istanbul in March and the other a Catholic ceremony to be held in Manila.
