A rundown, also called a pickle (it gets this nickname from the game "Pickle-in-the-Middle" where two people keep the ball away from another) or a hotbox, is a situation in the game of baseball that occurs when the baserunner is stranded between two bases and is in jeopardy. When the baserunner attempts to advance to the next base, he is cut off by the defensive player who has a live ball and attempts to return to his previous base before being tagged out. As he is doing this, the defenseman throws the ball past the baserunner to the previous base, forcing him to reverse directions again. This is repeated until the runner is put out or the defense commits an error and allows the runner to reach a base safely. In a baseball game, the hotbox is another name for a rundown. ... This rundown is the first effective detoxification program designed to rid a body of all toxins, drugs and chemicals and return a person’s mental alertness, energy and enthusiasm for life.
No medical recommendations or claims are made and the rundown is not concerned with handling the body, but is concerned with removing those blocks to an individual’s spiritual betterment.

Beck (The Rock, The Scorpion King, The Mummy Returns) enters club, and Arnold Schwarzenegger has a quick cameo where he tells him to "have fun." It is a symbolic passing of the torch from one generation to the next, As Schwarzenegger gets older, his role as action hero seems increasingly preposterous.
This is the typical male bonding buddy movie where the two protagonists hate each other but somehow manage to cooperate enough to survive (well, that and Beck can kick Travis' butt up and down the floor).
Scott is the mouth, and Rock is the muscle, and ten minutes after The Rundown nothing matters because it has completely exited the brain.
