 | This plan addresses the prevention of, response to and recovery from emergencies within the Benalla Rural City and is the result of the co-operative efforts of the Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee and assistance from Victoria State Emergency Service North East Regional Headquarters and recognises the previous planning activities of the municipal area. |
| This committee is formed pursuant to Section 21(3) & (4) of the Emergency Management Act, to formulate a Plan for Councils consideration in relation to the prevention of, response to and the recovery from emergencies within the Benalla Rural City Council. |
