Russell Investment Group is an investment services company based in Tacoma, Washington. It manages $155 billion in assets directly and is consultant to firms worldwide that collectively manage $3.2 trillion in assets. Russell also publishes 24 U.S.stock market indices as well as Japanese equity indices. Their most famous indices are the Russell 1000, Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 Indices, which monitor publicly-traded US large- and small-cap companies and the largest 3000 corporations, respectively.
