Rusty Foster, real name Lawrence C. Foster III[1], is the founder of Kuro5hin, and the creator of Scoop, a collaborative media application used by websites. Foster served as the CTO of Armstrong Zuniga, a consulting firm formed by ZĂșniga and Jerome Armstrong in 2004, but the firm has since been dissolved. Daily Kos continues to operate on Foster's Scoop software.
