Samo is a small town located in the Province of Reggio Calabria, Italy. Samo has a population of 1090 but this increases seasonally. Samo is about 10km inland and about 390metres above sea level. The main attractions of Samo are the ruins of the old town and hiking in the nearby Aspromonte national park.
