Samuel Van Sant (May 11, 1844October 3, 1936) was an American politician.


He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from January, 1893 to January 1897 and served as Speaker of the House. Van Sant served as the 15th Governor of Minnesota from January 7, 1901 to January 4, 1905. He was a member of the Republican party.
