The SanGabriel Valley is one of the principal valleys of southern California.
It lies to the east of the city of Los Angeles, to the north of the Puente Hills, to the south of the SanGabriel Mountains, and to the west of the Inland Empire.
The remaining white population in the SanGabriel Valley resides primarily in the communities of Pasadena, Glendora, Monrovia, Sierra Madre, Charter Oak, and in the southern and eastern parts of Covina (the northern and western parts are increasingly Hispanic).
