Con il secondo dopoguerra infine, ed in particolare a partire dagli anni '60, il volto di Sarezzo si modifica notevolmente, con il sorgere di nuovi centri abitativi e commerciali e di nuove fabbriche, che sottraggono spazio ai campi, sempre più rari.
