Trivia - The music for all seasons of Sarvo was composed by Australian comedian and musician, Andrew Hansen. He is a member of the Chaser, an Australian satire group.
- The most popular of the show's segments, Sarvo Suggestion Sack was a concept where viewers wrote in and 'dared' the Sarvo hosts to do things, usually that involved humour. Examples of this included going into the Queen Victoria Building, dressed up as angry grandmothers. The concept was dropped, however in the transition from Dave and James to Maude and Kyle. A similar version is now included, named 'Dare Off'.
- The 2007 version of the show is the first time that there has been a female host on the show.
