The Scoresby-Rowville Technology Park is currently under construction. It will include the Australian headquarters of a number of publishers such as Penguin Books and Five Mile Press. Other notable buildings in this park are those of Coca-Cola, Amatil and some petrol companies. The Knox Depot is also based in Scoresby (Cathies Lane).
Caribbean Gardens, an entertainment precinct and market, is open every Wednesday and Sunday. Activities at Caribbean Gardens include buying and selling of all kinds of products, eating, drinking, walking around, music played by bands and computer swap meets. Another important "Caribbean" place in Scoresby is Caribbean Roller Skating Rink, which was one of the first and biggest skating rinks anywhere in Victoria. It gives children parties and skaters lots of fun, both on the rink and on the ice.
