Sebaceans are a bipedal species that largely resemble humans to anything but the untrained eye.
Sebacean pregnancy seems to be different to human, or at least the beginning stages.
This could be part of the natural genetic make-up of Sebaceans, or something bred in by the Peacekeeper military establishment, but when a fetus is conceived it is put in stasis inside the female womb.
