Tapio "Tonquemada" Wilska (born September 19th, 1969 in Savonlinna, Finland) is the main vocal-ist of the heavy metal bandSethian.
His musical career started when he was in bands like Lyijykomppania, Stray Toasters and Nattvindens Gråt with Sami Vänskä and Tuomas Holopainen (both from the then yet to be founded Nightwish) in the middle of the 90s.
In late 2002 however, vocalist Jan 'Katla' Jämsen left the bandFinntroll because of a virusbased growth on his vocalchords.
Co-produced by the band and Tero Kinnunen, the album’s tour de force, ‘The Kinslayer’ with Ike Vil of BABYLON WHORES on guest vocals, took the band into controversial territory with its theme based on the April 20th 1999 Columbine school massacre.
The band scored their fourth consecutive gold status single in Finland during the Summer of 2001 when 'Over the Hills and Far Away', a cover of the GARY MOORE tune, charted high.
The band repeated the feat in Greece, Finland and Norway.
