This is located adjacent to 4 bungalows and houses 2 parks viz. Versova park and a Jogger's Park which is known as "Nana- Nani park" (which literally translater to Grandfather and Grandmother park due to the large number of elderly visitors.) Nana Nani park is also famous for a lot of attractive young people and television actors.


There is a major bus depot located here and buses from here travel to various parts of the city. There are a number of restaurants here and the number of neighbourhood groceries and miscellaneous shops locatd here make it a popular place for families to live.


The beach at Versova (Seven Bungalows) is also a very popular hang-out spot for families and couples alike.
