Sharif University of Technology (دانشگاه صنعتی شریف), formerly named Aryamehr University of Technology (دانشگاه صنعتی آریامهر) is one of the most prominent technical, engineering and scientific universities of Iran that attracts the best and most outstanding talents in these fields annually, to the extent that more than 65% of 200 top rank participants in trans-country university entrance exams for bachelor's degree are admitted to the university.
