A defenseman, Chambers was selected by the Minnesota North Stars in the 1987 NHL Supplemental Draft. Fans were urging Shawn to help Aden and he did make a couple of attempts to get on the ring apron like he was going to enter the ring and help his partner who was being beaten down by the Valedictorians.
Naegele was glad to see that Shawn and Aden arrived together and after a one hour meeting, Naegele convinced the duo that there were many more good times ahead as a team and urged them to put any differences aside and told them his plans for a 10 man tag team match for December 3.
Shawn was clearly upset and disappointed that he was the first too be eliminated.
