The Shoalhaven is a Local Government Area (Shoalhaven City, population ~85,000) and a region in south-eastern New South Wales (NSW), Australia, two hours south of Sydney. The city actually consists of a number of distinct towns that share the one government. These towns include Nowra, Bomaderry, the towns of the Ulladulla area (Ulludulla, Milton and Mollymook), Huskisson, Vincentia, Berry and Kangaroo Valley. To the north of Shoalhaven is located the coastal Illawarra region (which is a geographic, rather than an administrative region).
