The Shorts 360 is a 36 seat derivative of the 30 seat Shorts 330. In high density configuration 39 could be seated. Variants

  • The basic 360 has two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A65R turboprop engines providing 1327 shaft horsepower (990 kilowatts) to five blade propellers.
  • The 360-100 was the first production model.
  • The 360 Advanced (from 1985) introduced upgraded PT6A67R engines providing giving 1424 shaft horsepower (1062 kilowatts). The aircraft was later redesignated 360-200.
  • The 360-300 retained the Advanced's engines but matched them to six blade propellers offering higher cruise speed and performance. The 360-300F was a freighter configured variant with capacity for five LD3 cargo containers.
