Singapore Indoor Stadium (Chinese: 新加坡室內体育馆, Pinyin: Xīnjīapō shìneì tǐyùguǎn; Malay: Stadium Tertutup Singapura) is an indoor sporting arena located along the Kallang River in Singapore. It was completed in 1989 and was officially opened by the then prime minister Lee Kuan Yew on 31 December 1989. The arena was designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange and has a cone shaped roof and a pillarless arena. The stadium is within walking distance of the Singapore National stadium.
