The Singapore Sailing Federation (Abbreviation: SSF), also known as SingaporeSailing, is the national sports association responsible for the management and organisation of the sport of sailing in Singapore. Objectives
The main objectives of the federation is: - To promote and sponsor the sport of sailing in Singapore.
- To administer matters relating to the sport of sailing, acting as the National Authority under the International Sailing Federation rules, and in doing so, safeguard the interests of the sport.
- To arrange and manage sailing competitions at local, regional and international levels, establish the conditions of such competitions and to give or contribute towards prizes and awards.
- To select sailors to represent the Republic of Singapore in national, regional and international competitions, providing sponsorship if necessary.
- To own, lease, sub-lease and operate facilities necessary for all or any of the objects of the Federation.
