Siniloan has twenty barangays, 13 in the urban are and 7 in the rural areas. It lies between the plains of Sierra Madre Mountain and the Laguna de Bay, it is about 120 kilometers from Manila, passing Manila East Road or Marcos Hi-way, and about 113 kilometers via the South Expressway passing the town of Santa Cruz, the capital of the province.


Siniloan is also the center of transportation, serving towns in eastern Laguna and some towns from the provinces of Quezon and Rizal. The municipality is fourth class municipality having with active business and trade activities.
