Sinjhuang City (新莊市) is a city in the western part of Taipei County, Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. The spelling "Sinjhuang" uses the controversial Tongyong Pinyin system. Traditionally, the city has been spelled "Hsinchuang" in the Wade-Giles system. It is spelled "Xinzhuang" in Hanyu Pinyin.
