Sonic the Hedgehog (cartoon)
The cowardly nephew of Dr. Robotnik, Snively was reduced to a lackey shortly before his uncle's takeover of the "Kingdom of Acorn" on the planet of Mobius, and spent the next ten years serving him. At the time of the takeover, Snively had hair, but Sonic rushed past him causing him to lose it, leaving only a few strands, thus Snively has personal reasons for loathing the hedgehog. Physically abused by Robotnik, Snively began planning against him and, following his uncle's defeat, attempted to seize power himself. This article is about the domestic group. ...

Snively, as he appeared in the SatAM cartoon. In the planned third season of SatAM, Snively was to have tried to rule Robotroplis, but fail. He would then try to free Ixis Naugus to get him to help, and in the process, free Robotnik and King Acorn by mistake. Reduced once again, not simply to a lackey but to an insignificant nothing, Snively would rebel against Naugus and Robotnik and join Sonic and the Freedom Fighters[citation needed]. However, competition with the first Power Rangers television series forced "SatAM" off of the air after two seasons. Image File history File links Screenshot from SatAM cartoon. ...

Sonic the Hedgehog (comic) In spite of the show's cancellation, Snively would remain a regular character in Archie Comic's Sonic comic book, which set up its own continuity. The comic version of Snively, who is the son of Robotniks's brother, Colin, is no less the same as his animated counterpart, differing only in color scheme. Throughout the early half of the comic's run, Snively's outfit was usually blue and brown rather than two shades of green as the animated series showed, although he did switch to his original color scheme on seldom occasions. In the "Archie" continuity, Snively himself was responsible for the death of the original Robotnik in the EndGame storyline. Changing the DNA-based organic coding in the "Ultimate Annihilator" weapon so that it would only affect Robotnik, Snively successfully killed him. Unfortunately, afterwards he landed in jail until his escape amongst other Sonic villains. He was then deemed "in charge" of the evil group due to his experience with Robotnik and the fact that he led the others to believe that he broke them out (despite the fact that he really had no idea what had allowed them to escape). In chess, the endgame (or end game or ending) refers to the stage of the game when there are few pieces left on the board. ...
Because he was promised revenge against his father, Snively later worked as Robo-Robotnik's assistant and allowed himself to be roboticized in a failed attempt to get the Overlanders to let themselves be roboticized. However, he was later restored to flesh by Ceneca-9009, a Bem alien. Dr. Robotnik is a video game character and villain from the Sonic the Hedgehog series of games. ...

After the Xorda conflict of issues #124-5, Snively disappeared into obscurity, but later returned to help the Freedom Fighters in issue #152. He worked, for a time, as a member of the "Brain Trust" subdivision of the Freedom Fighters, but, more recently, has rejoined Eggman (issue #162). Upon betraying the Mobians, Snively has adopted a style of dress identical to Eggman's, although with a green coat, instead of red. He was last seen commanding a fleet of airships similar to the Egg Fleet seen in Sonic Heroes. Notably, aside from the new outfit, Snively is the only character in the comic directly from SatAM whose appearance remains the same (although such was not always the case, as shown in issue #97; where Snively was drawn rather off-model, which angered many fans[citation needed]). Recentley, in issue 171, after having told Shadow where Proffesser Gerald's Diary could be found, Shadow ripped the last six of his hairs out of his head, claiming it was for wasting his time. Snively later arrived to get his hairs back with a giant mechanical lobster known as the "Egg Lobster". As Knuckles battles it, Shadow comes and defeats it and gives Snively his hairs back and lets him go.
