Isdale won the Miss Texas Teen USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in November 2006, after winning the Miss Waco Teen USA title earlier in the year.[1] It was her second attempt at the title, as she placed first runner-up to Raevan Valadez of Austin in the 2006 event as Miss Harker Heights Teen USA. Isdale was fourteen years old at the time of that pageant, in her first year of eligibility and one of the youngest contestants in the pageant. Her "sister" 2007 titleholder is Magen Ellis, Miss Texas USA 2007, who held the Miss Texas Teen USA title in 2004.
