The Sotetsu Main Line (相鉄本線: Sotetsu Honsen) is a commuter railway line of the Sagami Railway in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It connects Yokohama Station via Yamato Station to Ebina Station. The length of the line is 24.6 km and the tracks have a gauge of 1067 mm.
