South Middletown is located at 39°28'55" North, 84°24'46" West (39.481858, -84.412822)¹.

Demographics

There are 107 housing units at an average density of 375.6/km² (1,002.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the community is 98.11% White, 0.38% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.52% from two or more races. 0.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
