Encyclopedia > South Wales Echo

The South Wales Echo is the top-selling evening newspaper in Wales. Based in Cardiff, it was founded in 1884 and is now owned by the same group as the Western Mail, Wales on Sunday and The Daily Mirror.


Amongst many others, novelist Ken Follett and news reader Michael Buerk, have spent part of their careers with the Echo.
