The Southern Division is one of four divisions of the Arena Football League. It's also one of two divisions within the "National Conference". It consists of the Tampa Bay Storm, Orlando Predators, New Orleans VooDoo, Georgia Force, and Austin Wranglers. The New Orleans VooDoo, a member of the division in 2004 and 2005, temporarily suspended operations following Hurricane Katrina, but are returning to play in the 2007 AFL season. The Kansas City Brigade, members of the Southern Division in 2006, have been moved to the Central Division with the Colorado Crush, Chicago Rush, Nashville Kats, and the Grand Rapids Rampage.
