Sov Judge Orlok is a fictional character in Universe of UK comic book character Judge Dredd. He is an operative of the 'Sov' City of East Meg One. He was first seen in the run up to the Apocalypse War. His first act was to spread the Block Mania contaminant that was used to incite block wars to distract the Mega City One Justice Department. The destruction of East Meg One by Judge Dredd's retaliatory strike force at the climax of the Apocalypse War left Orlok with a strong desire for vengeance against Dredd and Mega City One. Orlok has also made appearances in Judge Anderson storylines. His most recent appearance had him releasing a biological weapon that killed over 800,000 Mega City One Citizens in the 'Sin City' floating amusement city. He was caught, tried and executed for this crime. However, his hand at least, was recovered, with the intent of using it as the key to weaponry for use against Mega City One. Judge Dredd (Joe Dredd or Joseph Dredd) is a comics character whose strip in the British science fiction anthology 2000 AD is the magazines longest running (having been featured there since its second issue in 1977). ... East Meg One is a fictional city in the world of Judge Dredd, the figurehead character of British weekly comic 2000 AD (comic). ... ...
