If the trade mark includes a graphic element, a certain type of lettering or colours a total of 4 copies of the trade mark must be attached to the application form or printed in the boxes on the trade mark copy sheets provided in the form.
Marks and names are registered for a period of 10 years starting from the application date: Applicants must then apply for a renewal if they wish to retain the mark.
