Spennymoor Town F.C. is a football club based in England. They joined the Northern League (football) in 1931 as Evenwood Town F.C. They reached the 1st round of the FA Cup in the 1956-57 season. In 2005, they changed to their present name. For the 2005-06 season, they are members of the Arngrove Northern League Division Two. Spennymoor are managed by Justin Perry, who had only just been transffered to Spennymoor from Jarrow Roofing. In 2006/07 Season, North east legend, Jamie Pollock and Ex-Spennymoor United Player/Assistant Manager, Jason Ainsley are set to become joint Spennymoor Town Managers. Spennymoor play in Black and White Stripes and are based in Spennymoor, Co. Durham. Spennymoor's Arch Rivals are Bishop Auckland F.C. who share Spennymoor's Stadium, The Brewery Field, Spennymoor.
