Stuart Henry (born 21 June1946), is a former Australian politician, who was elected to the House of Representatives as member for the Division of Hasluck, Western Australia for the Liberal Party of Australia at the 2004 federal election. Henry is a member of the Australian Society of Association Executives and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and was a director of Group Training Australia 2002-03, the West Australian Construction Industry Redundancy Fund 1999-2003 and the Australian Construction Industry Safety Training Trust. He was Deputy Chair of the Building and Construction Industry Training Council (BCITC) 2002-03.
In the 2007 Australian General Election he lost his seat to Australian Labor Party Candidate Sharryn Jackson by a margin of 51.44% to 48.56%.

Henry Benedict Maria Clement Thomas Francis Xavier Stuart (March 11, 1725 – July 13, 1807), born in Rome, Italy, was the second son of the Jacobite pretender to the thrones of England, Scotland, and Ireland, James Francis Edward Stuart, known as The Old Pretender.
Henry was created by his father Duke of York, by which title he was generally known, and became Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.
On the death of his brother, Charles Edward Stuart on January 31, 1788 HenryStuart considered himself King Henry IX and I; he was the last of the direct male line of James II and VII and the last genuine pretender to publicly claim the thrones of Britain.
