A stun baton is a portable electric weapon that comes in many different styles. The one in Jedi Outcast is a pronged electric prod which is lethel. Ones used in Knights of the Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic II are usually more letheal and consist of a baton instead of a pronged weapon.
