Sumanto (born Purbalingga, Central Java3 March1972) is a cannibal from Indonesia. In early 2003, he stole the dead body of an eightyone-year-old woman who had just been cremated for less than 24 hours, before he ate her. He believes that this action will give him supernatural power.
