Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Science Centre or Sunnybrook, is a hospital located in Toronto, Ontario. The origins of Sunnybrook go back to the 1880s. The Sunnbrook campus first opened in 1943 after the land, Sunnybrook Farm was donated by Joseph and Alice M. Kilgour. The Sunnybrook Veterans Hospital opened it's doors in 1948. The Women's College campus opened as Women’s Medical College which opened October 1, 1883. The two hospitals merged in 1998. A physician visiting the sick in a hospital. ...

On April 1, 2006, the two hospitals seperated. Sunnybrook is now called "Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre" and Women's College becomes "Women's College Hospital".
