Superjudge: read reviews (504 words)
The music of "Superjudge" is a bit of a departure from the earlier "Spine of God." Whether this was due to Ed Mundell joining up with the band, or their move to A&M records can only be speculated.
"Superjudge," "Dinosaur Vacuum," & "Black Balloon" are buzzy pieces of hallucination, & "Twin Earth" rocks until it hurts.
An odd selection for a cover comes by way of "Evil (Is Going On)," which was originally a blues song.
