In July of 1957 the President of the Republic, Juscelino Kubitschek, approved the concession of TV for the Radio Globe and, in 30 of December of the same year, the National Advice of Telecommunications published decree granting canal 4 of Rio De Janeiro to the TV Ltda Globe. 26 of April of 1965, emitting music Moon River de Henry Mancini. TVGlobo and other networks also began to export programs, particularly telenovelas, and Brazilian exports of programming to the rest of the world soon became economically and culturally significant.
