The TV IV runs the MediaWiki software, but has disabled anonymous editing and has licensed the content under the Creative Commons license (cc-by-2.5). It was started by people from the Something Awful forums, who were unhappy with what TV Tome turned into after its acquisition by CNET. It is one of the largest wikis on the web.
