It's tributaries include the Peyar, Ullar, Karaiyar, Servalar, Pampar, Manimuthar River, Varahanathi, Ramanathi, Jambunathi, Gadananathi, Kallar, Karunaiyar, Pachaiyar River, Chittar River, Gundar, Aintharuviar, Hanumanathi, Karuppanathi and Aluthakanniar.
