Tamer was born on June 6, 1979 in Lod,Israel. He started writing and making rap music in 1998, in 2000 his brother Suhell and their friend Mahmoud Jrere joined him and together they started the first Palestinian Arabian (in the middle east) rap crew named DAM singing mostly in Arabic but also in Hebrew and English. In the last few years Dam became the leading Palestinian rap crew. The members of DAM compose their lyrics and music by themselves, and they create a very unique fusion of east and west music.
