Conflicting ship name

A later model of the Tarawa-class, the Spengler-class, is visually indistinguishable from it's predecessor with the primary difference between the two being the Spengler is refitted to primarily carry mobile suits. However, it appears sensors cannot recognize the difference between Tarawa and Spengler, as a Spengler class appeared on the bridge of the Minerva, but the screen labelled it as a Tarawa class, whilst the operator referred it by it's proper name.
