Biography Teddy Geiger began playing piano at the age of 8 and guitar at the age of 12. He wrote his first song at the age of 10. He attended public schools in the Pittsford school district, receiving his high school education at McQuaid Jesuit High School through his Junior year and eventually graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School through tutoring, along with the class of 2006 after a year of starting his career and receiving tutoring. First seen in national media as a finalist in VH1's In Search of the Partridge Family, Geiger toured with Jacquelyn, serving as the opening act on her summer 2005 Still Most Wanted Tour. His first single, "For You I Will (Confidence)", was officially released in February 2006. The song received positive reviews; it was called "sweetly romantic" and said to contain "sophisticated lyrics".[1] His debut album, Underage Thinking, was released on March 8, 2006, and peaked at number eight (#8) in the US Billboard 200 albums chart. Geiger had a small role on the short lived television series Love Monkey, which originally aired on CBS and was later moved to VH1. He played the young up-and-coming musician Wayne Jensen, starring alongside Tom Cavanagh and Jason Priestley. His song "For You I Will (Confidence)" was featured as the theme to the show on the later episodes.
