Telewizja Polska is the exclusive license holder in North America for TV Polonia - the Polish-language network operated by the Polish government.
In its Complaint, Telewizja Polska alleges that Echostar breached the terms of an agreement between them by continuing to sell new subscriptions to TV Polonia after its right to do so had lapsed and failing to pay Telewizja Polska its proper share of subscription revenue.
Telewizja Polska also alleges that Echostar infringed on the “TV Polonia” trademark in advertising and selling new subscriptions.
