The Alliance (Chinese: 泛聯盟) is a political group in Hong Kong, comprised of five members of the Legislative Council who ran as independents in functional constituencies in the 2004 election. The HongKong Progressive Alliance (HKPA) (香港協進聯盟/港進聯) was a political party in the HongKong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
The basic platform of the party is to defend "One country-two systems" and the Basic Law, the mini-constitution of HongKong.
